In my years of being a mental health practitioner, I have noticed how painful and heavy it is for people to carry their burdens, but also how unnecessary it all is. The guilt and shame one may feel is often self-inflicted. But, there is a silver lining to these dark clouds - these difficulties can provide powerful fuel for personal transformation. When painful feelings are brought out into the open in a process called ‘Normalization’, people often feel much better afterwards. I provide a safe, comfortable, and professional setting to help people release these psychological burdens and to come up with insights and clear strategies for creating a new more balanced and healthier life.
