The Architecture of Silence: Beyond Mental Noise
Meditation is not merely a practice, a fad, or a hobby; it is the most transformative natural technology you can integrate into your life. Originating many thousands of years ago in India, this ancient science is now being validated by modern neuroscience, proving that consistent practice can literally rewire the brain for happiness, emotional intelligence, and fortifying healthy self-esteem.
The Science of Deep Focus: My personal conviction in this practice was forged during my graduate studies in 2002. I vividly remember a day in the library when for the first time in my life, my cognitive abilities reached an unprecedented peak; I sat for five hours in a state of absolute 'flow,' absorbing complex material with effortless ease. When my efficiency plummeted by nearly 100% when I went a few days later to study in the same quiet area of the library, I was completely stunned and stupefied. What happened? I thought I had broken through into a higher level of academic maturity, but I was clearly mistaken about that. Suddenly I realized that the other morning I had meditated before coming to the library, but that this time I hadn’t. And the really surprising aspect of this story was that I had dismissed that other morning’s meditation because it had simply been awful, full of mental noise, with a sense of what was the point of meditating if the mind was so noisy. From this I also realized that there is no such thing as a “bad” meditation session, that it always works as a cleaning out process when practiced for a threshold (20+ minutes, more is better) amount of time.
This realization—that meditation is the 'remote control' for the mind's performance fueled a lifelong dedication. It transformed my academic journey from a period of high stress into one of inspired productivity.
The Direct Path to the 'I Am': Drawing on over 26 years of experience, I guide you past the common misconceptions of 'trying to stop thoughts.' Instead, we cultivate the position of the non-reactive witness. Whether you are seeking to optimize your professional focus or to rest in the profound silence of your true nature, meditation is the bridge. It is the process of dropping the effort and returning to the source of your inherent power.
The Science of Presence: Rewiring for Wholeness
Meditation is the process of reclaiming the 'internal real estate' currently occupied by stress and chronic repetitive thinking. By shifting from the actor to the witness, you unlock a series of profound systemic shifts:
- Cognitive Mastery: Radical improvement in attention, concentration, and the ability to maintain 'Deep Focus' in a world of distraction.
- Neurological Resilience: Actively reducing the 'cortisol-noise' of stress, reactivity, and the gravity of negative thought patterns.

The Direct Method: Returning to the Source
Meditation is profoundly simple, yet it requires a radical consistency. While the world offers countless techniques, the foundation of every practice is the same: becoming comfortable in the silence of your own being and observing the mind without being swept away by its narrative.
The Anchor of the Breath:
We begin with the breath—not because it is mystical, but because it is a neutral, biological constant. Unlike our thoughts or memories, the breath has no 'story' attached to it. It exists only in the present. By using the breath as an anchor, we train the nervous system to remain steady while the mind’s 'static' begins to settle.
Accessing the 'Zone' on Demand:
You have already experienced 'Hyper-Awareness.' You have felt it while immersed in music, lost in the flow of a sport, or found in the quietude of gardening, or walking in nature. These are moments where the 'ego' steps aside and the 'Self' takes over.
However, most people are dependent on these external activities to feel that peace. Through meditation, you learn to summon this clarity at will. You stop being a victim of your environment and start becoming the master of your internal state—accessing the deep calm of the 'Zone' anytime, anywhere, regardless of external circumstances."

Private Meditation Classes
- Price: Private classes 500kr for 1 ½ hours. Group prices determined by number of participants.
- Frequency: Lessons are once or twice a week, but students should practice daily.
