20 Minute Guided Meditation

This is a 20 minute long guided meditation. The 1st part involves feeling the air that naturally comes in and out of your nose, in order to help anchor you in the present moment. The 2nd part focuses on feeling your existence, your Beingness, letting go of any thoughts and reactions that may come up.
