Blending 35+ years of psychology experience with 19+ years of yoga and meditation practice (from which I gained an experiential understanding of consciousness) has led to a unique and holistic therapeutic experience for my clients. In my years of being a mental health practitioner, I have noticed how painful and heavy it is for people to carry their burdens, but also how unnecessary it all is. The guilt and shame one may feel is often self-inflicted. But, there is a silver lining to these dark clouds - these difficulties can provide opportunities for growth in emotional intelligence. When painful feelings are brought out into the open in a process called ‘Normalization’, people often feel much better afterwards. I provide a safe, comfortable, and professional setting to help people release these psychological burdens and to come up with insights and simple strategems for creating a new and healthier life.
